My short rent of Dragon’s Dogma for only one night was very enjoyable :)
It kept my interest, and I thought that the love it/hate it Pawn System was a pretty cool idea, although I think that it could be improved in a few ways. For instance, maybe I could level up the two “borrowed” pawns for, say, only 5 levels, which could then leave the creator with a little bit of experience as well, instead of sending their pawn off with just a measly HP recovering herb.
Anyways, I enjoyed the game for the 5+ hours I played of it. I would consider getting the game when it drops down in price.
I played as a female Mage named Claire, whose trusty pawn that I created was a female Strider (archer/knives) named Jennifer. I grew a bit too attached with a really attractive female pawn fighter that I came across, whose name was Red (she’s the third one in the picture, going left to right). She proved to be very useful, and her armor was awesome! It must have been some beginner’s DLC, for she was only lvl 10.
My favorite moment was during a quest when I faced a big strong ogre guy, and one of my pawns shouted out “He targets women most of all!” My ENTIRE party was women! LOL!
Dragon’s Dogma has an interesting story, a pretty world, intense fights with HUGE bosses, and a massive variety of pretty characters. If you have been thinking about playing it, you should. :D

…
Sometimes I like to think about how the beautiful woman that I will spend the final days of my life with is somewhere out there, just waiting for the moment when we find each other.
She might be far away right now, even halfway around the world, or she could be a girl that I’ve met already, but she’s out there. I don’t know where she is, but our lives together are going to be great, and definitely something to look forward to. :D
That is not a record - that is a cross-section of a tree. And it sounds like this.
That is really cool! :D

I blew the dust off MW2 after I got home from work today and started to play it again :D
I really had a fun time with it. I mostly used the MP5K in Domination, but then I got really ambitious and tried going for nukes in Sabotage (while still playing the objective). I used a silenced Tar-21, and I had Harrier, Pave Low, and Nuke set. I wasn’t successful though :) I had a few awesome moments though, like defusing the bomb with less than like .3 seconds left on the clock and ran it all the way to the enemy spawn :P
This got me to thinking again about how much I love the Call of Duty series.
I truly cherish the moments when my older brother and I first discovered the beautiful times to be had while playing CoD 4: Modern Warfare online together. It was so new, so FUN! We took turns on his ps3 account after each game. Developing new and outsmarting strategies together, working to get 10th prestige and eventually completing EVERY SINGLE CHALLENGE (!), and finding new things about the guns, perks, and maps was so thrilling.
Playing CoD 4 with my older brother has to be my favorite moment of gaming in my life.
I used to get mad while playing CoD, but now I’m over that xD Getting mad while playing is just silly. It’s a video game. They’re meant to be enjoyed. I love playing CoD, even though I’m not the best, and I can even laugh when I die :D
I’ve met so many new friends playing CoD, and I’m so grateful for the all the amazing experiences we have had together.
I truly have enjoyed all of the latest Call of Duty games, and I’m excited for all the little changes. But the basics are all still there, and that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I think it would be cool if something new came out though…
…something that was as fresh, fun, and innovative as Call of Duty 4 was when it came out. That would be awesome. In the meantime, I will still be playing MW2 and MW3 until it comes springing out of nowhere, and I will enjoy every exciting second of it.
I still haven’t beaten Borderlands yet :P I’m loving it so much! I’m playing as Brick, allocating all of my points to the Tank attributes.
I can’t die.
I also have the most beastly shotgun ever that destroys anything. I believe it does something like 69x9 damage? It’s awesome.
I haven’t really looked into too much about Borderlands 2, but I’m sure it will be amazing. I’m going to try to get the Platinum for Borderlands before it comes out :D I’m at 43% right now. It shouldn’t be too difficult.
Reflections of the day: I truly love video games, and I’m so grateful for gaming being my hobby. I love how it brings so many good people together, and how so many amazing stories are told through this medium. It’s a beautiful thing.
